On our last day, Arthur got out early and we decided to walk all the way down to the other end of the Boardwalk.... about 3 miles. It was the nicest day so far, where weather was concerned anyways :)
This is the second playground on the beach... that's a really nice thing to have around when you have kids :)

These pictures really don't do the sunset justice... it was beautiful! We walked all the way to the end and had dinner at Waterman's Surfside Grill, or something like that... it was pretty good... not gourmet or anything, but good. The cheesecake at the end was the best part!

After dinner we started walking back and stopped at these two amusement parks first. Tristan rode the fun slide, the train, and the dizzy monkey things at the kiddie place.

Then we went across the street to the other park. We played some games (EXPENSIVE!!) and rode the chairs that bob you up and down, and I alone rode the Splash water-log type ride (and got soaked). Tristan got on the Trampoline and bungee contraption and did a triple flip on his first bounce! Then, we walked on the beach, through the water, in the moonlight, all the way back to the car. It was sooooooo nice and romantic and just *awesome*. Arthur and I held hands and Tristan just ran along picking up sticks and running away from the water and we were all just high on life... Arthur jumped in the water right before we left and played around a bit, and then it was over. We went back to the hotel, showered and went to bed. We got up and packed the next day and drove home. And just like that, summer was over....
